Ang gospel ang sandatang kailangan natin sa laban na kinakaharap natin araw-araw. Ito dapat ang isaksak natin sa isip natin. We must be equipped for battle. If we are not equipped, we will lose. The armaments we need ay wala sa mga circumstances na nasa paligid natin, kundi nasa change of mindset, calibrated by the gospel.
A Radically Different Story (1 Peter 3:18-22)
The way we respond to bad situations and bad people must be different. Because we have a different story, we embrace Jesus story, at ito ang ikukuwento din natin sa iba. Mga kapatid, let us continue to be good news people in a bad news world. Our unbelieving president, your unbelieving spouse, your unbelieving friends desperately need this good news.
Part 10 – Grace When Marriage is Hard (3:1-7)
Kahit na ang ating asawa ay mahirap pakisamahan, dapat tayong magpatuloy sa paggawa sa kanya ng kabutihan. That is grace even when marriage is hard. And it will always be hard, unbeliever man o believer ang asawa natin. So we need more of his grace to help us. And that grace is none other than Jesus.
Part 9 – Bad Fruit, Good News, Good Fruit (2:18-25)
Humble, sacrificial servanthood. It requires a radical change of heart. Kailangang diligan ang ugat na nasa puso natin para magbunga ng tamang pagtatrabaho at tamang pakikitungo sa ibang tao, especially those in authority over us. Ano ang dapat ipandilig?
