Admittedly, we don't handle conflicts very well. Maybe because yung culture natin ay shame-based. Pero mas malamang na explanation or reason ay dahil sa pride at self-centeredness, at pati na rin yung failure natin to apply the gospel to our prideful hearts in fixing our relational problems.

Ang pag-practice ng church discipline, bagamat hindi normal sa ibang mga churches, it is not abnormal. It is part of ordinary Christian life. Wag kang magtaka pag dinidisiplina ka. Kasi kapamilya ka. Magtaka ka kung hindi ka dinidisiplina at pinapabayaan ka lang sa kasalanan.

We don't decide for ourselves kung ano ang tama patungkol sa sex or any relationship. Hindi kung ano ang gusto natin, hindi kung ano ang socially and culturally acceptable...Ang standard at boundary natin ay kung ano ang sinasabi ng Diyos. We don't take church discipline and holiness seriously because we take our sins or that of others lightly.

Kung mali ang reasons or motivations mo sa involvement sa ministry - whatever kind of ministry - magiging mali din ang approach mo sa mga gagawin mo sa ministry. The "Why" of doing ministry affects the "How" of doing ministry.
