Sa ministry nating mga pastors-elders, ang pinakamahalaga ay hindi yung sakripisyong ginagawa natin para sa church. This is not about us, our story, and our glory. This is about Jesus, his story and his glory. Kaya nga ang tawag sa kanya "Chief Shepherd." Siya ang ating "Good Shepherd" and "Great Shepherd" na nag-alay ng kanyang buhay para sa atin at patuloy na nagmamahal sa atin. He will never fail us. He will never disappoint us.
