It is vitally important that we reflect on how the gospel and our union with Christ shape our life and ministry.
So, how do we become a “gospel-shaped pastor”? This is the burden of this conference as we dig deeper into God’s precious Word together.
In our plenary sessions, we will unpack how our union with Christ shapes our life, at hindi ito nakasalalay sa ginawa o ginagawa natin. In light of the gospel, what does it mean for us pastors to be a son (of the Father), a sinner (in desperate need of grace everyday), a saint (in our pursuit of holiness and Christlikeness), a sheep (in need of Christ’s daily provisions), and a servant (in the home and in the church)?
Sa mga workshops naman, we will focus on how the gospel shapes our ministry.
For “younger pastors” ang conference na ‘to. So kung ikaw ay nasa 20s or 30s, this is especially for you. Pero kung lagpas na, pero young at heart pa rin and still willing to learn, don’t hesitate to join us. If you are a church leader or a Christian with a burden for your pastor, you can also come alongside him.
For two days, join us in celebrating the transforming power of the gospel. And as we do, may God use this conference to build more friendships, to be an encouragement to one another, and for us to start dreaming and praying for a gospel awakening in our lives, in our churches, in the Philippines, and among all nations.
