iDISCIPLE Philippines exists to bring glory to God, and one of the ways we want to do that is to equip and encourage young leaders to stand on Christ-centered faith as the bedrock of what we believe in.
2017 marks the 500th anniversary of the beginning of the Reformation. From this movement came the five core truths of what we believe — Sola Scriptura (by Scripture alone), Sola Fide (by faith alone), Sola Gratia (by grace alone), Solus Christus (through Christ alone), and Soli Deo Gloria (glory to God alone).
But we do not celebrate just mere men. Instead we are thankful for the grace of God that has allowed these truths to be recovered and protected, and that they have stood for the longest time.
So on October 21, from 8AM to 5PM at the International Baptist Church of Manila, we invite all youth leaders to dive into the depths of God’s grace through these truths. This will mark our last mentoring session before our annual iDISCIPLE Youth Camp in December.
